We said our goodbyes to Woodward today. Unfortunately we will be missing out on the dance friday night and the talent show tonight. Dropped Alex off first. Then Elijah... Then I pretty much just quit taking photos of people exiting the van and started taking photos of helicopters flying over the freeway.

J Lee Motorcycle Diaries

Yesterday, Jason, Supa, Dyson and Clint rolled by the agency. Jason made a grand appearance on his new motorcycle as the one and only, "Leatherhead Tompkins". The guys checked out some of their top secret footage for the upcoming Stereo video and even filmed a couple interviews. Click here for more

X Games Day 1

Nick, Johnny and Bill are getting extreme at the Staples Center for the next couple of days. Nick brought moral support for his epic moves. Don't forget this, happening tonight. And if you have not seen it, now is a good time to watch Logan Kincade #13 Enjoy your day.

camp life day 4

Woke up and had some lunch. It was looking good today. Started the day off at some bike jumps. Elijah gave dirt boarding a try. Then we hit up the rock climbing area. Sean gave it his all. Dinner was enchiladas. They tasted a little different. But we wern't complaining. Its camp life... Elijah ended the day with some serious vert dropping in.

Started off today at Woodward with the chicken sandwich special. Looking pretty good. Some guys decided to hit up the band room. Then we all headed over to the bowling alley they offer. None of us were very good at bowling. Everyone should stick to skating. After that we checked out the gymnastics area. It is full of stuff we would have never imagined existed. So obviously we gave it a whirl. Some were better than others. Gareth was the champ forsure. Video game area... It wasn't all fun and games. We did have a demo so we soaked it up at the pool first. The demo went great. This kid was hyped.

Dyet update

Adam Dyet showed up for X-Games practice today but he was running late and only got to skate the course for 3 minutes. Tomorrow morning is contest day and Dyet says he's all good he just wanted to show me his new suit that he got hooked up with by Mr Mac.

Ed's Birthday Surprise

Showed up at Catalina yesterday for Ed's birthday. Deanna organized it and he had no idea we were coming. Obviously, he was shocked. He was newly equipped with a headset and speaker to aide in his tour presentation of the island. Deanna loved it. So did Kincade. Birthday adventures can be tough on Teva'ed legs. Rob and Grant finally took the leap we've all been waiting for. Best Friends Forever. We had to leave eventually. Grif goes out with class.

Heres a couple photos from the indoor park that we skated last night. Alex was feeling the frustration of skating new trucks Gareth wasn't We moved onto the best part of the park. The foam pit After the heated session in the foam the guys were tired so we all headed back to the rooms.

Some Foundation guys headed to Woodward skate camp today. The 5 hour drive took only 8 hours or so... Alex and flow guy Elijah were in the mix Picked up Gareth Sean jumped in... Went to Nuge's house to grab him and we were on our way. Grab the essentials at the grocery store for backup food just in case camp food wasn't always cutting it. Elijah found a spot in the middle of nowhere. So we let him session it for a second. We made it to our destination As soon as we arrived at Woodward we went straight to the cafeteria for some dinner. Group shot at camp boys. On to the pool life... Then back to some eating. This time peanut butter and jelly. The day is a wrap. Oh yeah we skated about 7 different skate parks they have here also. But you have to wait until tomorrow for that.

It feels good to see the payoffs of having a art show featuring a board series of ours. I spotted a kid the next day riding the Nuge board and snuck some photos.

Met up with the crew at Fundy for Sundy. Rob was shredding his hometown spots with fervor. Grif had some equipment problems while shooting the pics. The ED-209 was filming. Grant was there for moral support. He even ripped his collar off in a show of torn clothes solidarity. Grant and BH had some fun pitching pumpkin seeds at Rob's face. Kincade was there to cover it, of course.

Whine and Roses

Mr. Bizzle and John Lew met up for some shredding the other day. Matt was trying to take all his moves from tail drop... And he took it there. Johnny's brain turned into zombie pudding. Grant threw up a relaxed pogo in celebration of innovation. Scope L. Kincade 13 for further coverage.

Walls & Foundations art show blog overload

Foundation Skateboards and Kelly D. Williams got together last friday to launch a new board series at DDR projects in Long Beach, CA. It was a art show featuring the boards Kelly did for us and also showcasing some of his other fine work. But hold up...lets go back a bit. I didn't only go to a art show. I went to the beach also. Lets rewind... Ahhhh beach life. I heard stories about Long Beach being one of the most polluted oceans in the world or united states or something of that sort. Sweet. Well if you can't swim because you'll get sick then you might as well fish! Fishermen, fisherwomen, fisherchildren, fishergrandmotheren, fishergrandfatheren. I'm making up words that end in "en" because fishermen does. Hmmm...that's fine by me. This little guy caught a little guy. Lets eat! Or wait...mmm no you can have it. I'm not trying to eat the most polluted fish in the world really. Oh look its the rail Nick skated on the Transworld cover. Good thing you didn't fall in there little Nicky. Could've been eaten by sharks drawn by a 3rd grader. Skiiiiiiiiiiirt(thats the sound of a car skidding to a stop)...back to the art show. It has begun. Whoa. Those are nice. Let me introduce to you the man behind all this beautiful work. Kelly D. Williams Gareth and local neighbor Matt Bennet showed up. This kid didn't have a graphic on his board so Gareth drew him one... This kid stole one of the boards off the wall and just ran outside. Since we support stealing I figured I'd document this. We might have just given him a board though. Not sure. Oh look who decided to show up. Mr. Bart Jones himself. He will appreciate the Mr. I added in there. Thanks to everyone that came out for the event. Especially Kelly, John @ DDR projects, Matt B, Gareth, Myself, My fans, Kelly's fans, and last but not least the fishermen of Long Beach.

Legendary skater and film-maker 'Padre' or 'Father' from Argentina makes a video called Ojo de Pez. I think it translates to: Fisheye. This is part #10 with a huge array of footage of The Butcher, from when he was a little boy to now. Pretty epic! Oh. and by the way, L. Kincade 13 is out now...

Blazed Out In Ukiah

Johnny came up on some Cobra Commander shit while in Ukiah. Texting? The two quietest guys deep in nonversation. There was a DGK scout in town and he tried to steal Rob. Then he found out Rob was into Bon Jovi. There was a ramp in the woods. Ed and J-Lay schralped it. Nick just kicked it and had a few dog burgers. Ed got worked in some macho arm slapping game with Little Bill. John and Bill got very close on the tramp. Until Billy flipped out.

Mike Sinclair Covers the Maloof Contest

It was a busy weekend for Billy Marks. Signing autographs and watching out for the lonely blue guy... Hanging out with world famous celebrities like Ed Templeton... Playing Guitar Hero in the 'skaters lounge'... Then battling Koston in a game of SKATE, (he got 4th place!)... Here you see Bill hanging out with... Kenny Hughes? Where has he been? Kincade hangs out with Bill and his beautiful girlfriend.... When not eating corn-on-the-cob the hard way, the spectators busied themselves watching Chris Cole get ROBBED. A few spectacular moves from Cole and Lutzka added ooohhs and aaahhs to carnage that was happening all day on the course and in the stands, meaning fights... I saw Corey Duffel fight the filmer Beagle, and some dude get pummeled by a group of Brazilian skaters. See the Results here! And footage of Billy ripping here.

Some Portland pawns snuck up on our van and wrote the obvious. Billy absolutely slaughtered the demo in Portland. Rob wasn't so bad either and showed his confidence with a gangsta' point. Matt B was feeling under the weather. Jordan never complained once about anything. He did ask about being a back-door man and reveal a longing for the righteous beauty of Pam. Johnny sweats so much in the sweltering summer heat that he wears a bathing suit at all times.

Woodward West Update

A lot can happen in a day, Dyet gets lost even with a GPS & a map but managed to make it to the demo, Gareth tries a Twinkie for the first time and Melcher breaks his finger. Flow rider Sid Melvin showed up one minute before the demo and killed it. The kids all got free stuff and a big thanks goes out to Neal Hendrix, Buzzy Sulivan and Woodward West skatecamp.

a day with some bro's

David and Alex stopped by to grab a few things. Picky little fella... On to the packing area... When we got to the first spot Julian might have fell into the sewage water.. I'm not sure.. Not looking good... Yep.. Yep I'm positive he did. Onto the handrail portion of the day. ... ... meanwhile there was a unscheduled demo at a ledge nearby. Nollie noseblunt was the trick of choice I shot. Next spot... Just when we thought the day couldn't get any better a non activated phone I mean Blackberry was offered to us for a small payment of a complete skateboard. Sounded like a decent deal to us so we checked it out for games... Game situation was looking a bit weak..plus the non activation didn't help. We settled on no deal. We said goodbye to the bros and headed home..

Oddity Odyssey Day 12: Seattle, Washington

At the demo this kid Luke showed up and revealed himself to be an amazing Loyal Pawn. He keeps a scrapbook of all the Toy Machine ads and coverage. Do you do that? Then consider yourself a crappy pawn. Here Luke sits with Austin who enjoyed scoping out his scrapbook. YOU RULE LUKE! These guys drove all the way down from Vancouver, Canada. They blitzed the over the border with no passports and lied to their moms about where they were going, -awesome. One of them was the kid who I drew a sect on the last time I was in Vancouver, well, he got that tattooed in for life. CRAZY! Now these are also some epic pawns. THANKS FOR COMING VANCOUVER HOMIES! Then J-Lay gave some shoes away. The first kid to be an 11.5 was right there and scored them quickly. We ate dinner at a sweet Thai place. The dudes from Snowboard Connection hooked us up and were super nice. The park they had us demo at just opened and we were the first demo. It is a great park, be sure to go shred it. Then we went out on the Seattle streets and lurked hard, playing 'Quarters'... I came up pretty good... But then went back down... Crushing, then Simping. I left exactly where I began. We played some Bocce Ball at the Vita cafe in Portland for breakfast before our demo at the Department of Skateboarding. Jordan Taylor zones out. The demo was epic, Billy Marks logged a legendary performance, and Rob, Jordan, and J-Lay killed it extra special style. These two kids got there LATE and missed the demo. Booooooo!!!
